Appointment of Trustee

In the Southend County Court.  No. 286 of 1998 GERALD BRUCE HATFIELD OF 29 KING GEORGES ROAD, PILGRIMS HATCH, BRENTWOOD, ESSEX CM15 9LD (formerly trading as a Motor Engineer) I, Roger Cain, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed Trustee of the above estate on 17th November 1998. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Creditors who have not proved their debts should do so by forwarding proof of debt to me at the above address. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors has been summoned for the purpose of appointing a Creditors’ committee on Wednesday, 13th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. R.
