At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 36 Great St. Helen’s, London EC3A 6DX, on 8th January 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Anthony Peter Supperstone and Malcolm Cohen, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, Richmond Bridge, Middlesex TW1 2HA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.” C.
