SEVERN WATER SERVICES RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Severn Water Services Retirement Savings Plan (“the Scheme”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest including full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme and Scheme membership number to R.K. Harrison Financial Planning Ltd, The Maltins, Lurke Street, Bedford MK40 3HH, before 6th April 1999. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of The Scheme among the persons entitled to thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
