THE JOHN MILLS PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the John Mills Pension Scheme established by a Trust Deed dated 8th August 1969 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees as the John Mills Pension Scheme, 11 Hope Street, Liverpool L1 9BJ, before (at least two months after date notice published) after which date the assets of the scheme will be distributed by the trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. 1st March 1999.
