Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Victoria Carpets Limited Staff Retirement Benefits Plan established by a Trust Deed dated 20th September 1960, is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Trustees at the address given below before 30th June 1999, after which date the assets of the said Plan will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
