PHILIP HOWELL LTD 1974 RETIREMENT FUND
TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants) of the Companies participating in the Philip Howell Ltd 1974 Retirement Fund) having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Philip Howell Ltd 1974 Retirement Fund or a claim against the Trustees of the Philip Howell Ltd 1974 Retirement Fund is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees, whose address is Pinsent Curtis Independent Trustees Limited, 41 Park Square, Leeds LS1 2N, on or before 1st August 1999, after which date the Trustees will apply the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice. Note. Any Member of the Philip Howell Ltd 1974 Retirement Fund who has received correspondence from the Trustees in April 1999, need not notify their interest as the Trustees are already aware of it.
