Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Michael Good (Properties) Limited will be held at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, on 16th June 1999, at 11 a.m. The Meeting is called pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. B.
