TYZACK TRANSMISSION COMPONENTS PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme, which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following Companies, namely: Henry Rhodes Limited; Sintered Friction (UK) Limited; W A Tyzack; Tyzack Sons & Turner; Tyzack Transmission Components Limited; or Tyzack Turner is hereby required to send particulars in writing, by 31st August 1999, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to William M. Mercer, Tower House, Merrion Way, Leeds LS2 8PA, marked “For the attention of Mrs. A. Allerton”. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
