Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 14th July 1999 to send written details of their claim to Timothy Simon Cockcroft of Polo Arnold, Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4LP, as liquidator of the company. It is my intention to make a distribution to creditors and any creditor who has not proved by the date stipulated above will be excluded.
