NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949
ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR AND MAIDENHEAD DECLARATION OF LOCAL NATURE RESERVE

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 19 and 21 of the above-mentioned Act, that by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Local Nature Reserve Declaration 1999, made on 28th June 1999, 151.5 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parish of Bisham in the Royal County of Berkshire (shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration) that the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the office of Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, at Town Hall, St. Ives Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RF, from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours.
