NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The winding-up of the above Scheme is to be completed in the near future. Anyone who believes they may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, whether as a Member or otherwise, and who has not already heard from the Trustees of the Scheme should send written notification to The Trustees, c/o Group Pensions Manager, The Greenalls Group, Wilderspool House, Greenalls Avenue, Warrington WA4 6RH, not later than a date at least two months after the date on which this notice is published.
