Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6th August 1999, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6th August 1999, GABRIEL OLUFEMI OLANREWAJU, of 42 The Redding, Mill Hill, London NW7 4JR, single and a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of the British Nationality Act 1981, section 37(1), abandoned the surname of Kupomiyi and assumed the surname of Gabriel Olufemi Olanrewaju.
