Notice is hereby given to all persons who are, or were Members of the Scottish Pride Pension Scheme, which is being wound up. If you have not been contacted by Hymans Robertson Independent Trustees Ltd or Aon Consulting, and you believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address, date of birth and full particulars of your Membership of the Scheme to Margaret Kerrigan, Aon Consulting, 131 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5JF. Your claim should be submitted within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Scheme in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice.
