SIMPLICITY LIMITED PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE TO CREDITORS & BENEFICIARIES FOR CLAIMS UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27(1)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given to any person who has a claim against, or an interest in, the Simplicity Limited Pension Scheme, that the Scheme is being wound up. If you believe you have a claim against the Scheme or you were a Member of the Scheme (or you consider that you should have been) and believe you may be entitled to benefit from it, and you have not already been contacted by the Trustees or Aon Consulting as Administrators of the Scheme, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address, date of birth and full particulars of your Membership of the Scheme to Louise McAulay, Aon Consulting, 131 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5JF. Your claim should be submitted within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Scheme in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice.
