Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Fluid Data (UK) Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Fluid Data Limited, Fluid Data (UK) Limited or Legibus 326 Limited. If you were an employee of Fluid Data Limited, Fluid Data (UK) Limited or Legibus 326 Limited and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme but have not been notified by the Trustees directly of the wind up, please contact the Trustees of the Fluid Data (UK) Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o A. W. I. Campbell, The Scottish Life Assurance Company, 19 St. Andrew Square, Edinburgh EH2 1YE, (Quoting Ref. GFS(MP)/WK/13337) within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will finalise the wind up of the Scheme with the benefits being secured with an Insurance Company. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
