ERSKINE HOUSE SENIOR EXECUTIVE SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Erskine House Senior Executive Scheme (the Executive Scheme) is being wound up. This scheme is entirely separate from a pension scheme with a similar name (The Erskine House Pension Fund) which is not affected by the wind up. The wind up means that the Trustees need to establish exactly who is interested in the Executive Scheme. If you have not received a letter from the Trustees, and you have, or think that you may have, an interest in the Executive Scheme, you should write to Simon Cormack at Aon Consulting, Carnegie House, 21 Peterborough Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2AJ, by 23rd January 2000. Your letter should include full details of why you think you might have an interest in the Executive Scheme. You will receive a reply after these details have been checked against the Trustees’ and/or employer’s records. After 23rd January 2000, the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to apply all the remaining assets of the Scheme in securing the liabilities attributable to the person so entitled. If you do not receive a letter from the Trustees and you do not notify the Trustees of your possible rights by 23rd January 2000, the Trustees will not be liable for any sums so applied to any person or persons of whose claims or demand it has not had notice.
