I, Eric Sinclair, Trustee of the above Debtor’s Bankruptcy estate, hereby give Final notice (Rule 11.2 Insolvency Rules 1986) to all Creditors that I intend to issue an Interim Dividend in this matter. All Creditors claims should be received by Jacksons Corporate Recovery and Insolvency, 12-14 Macon Court, Macon Way, Crewe CW1 6EA, by 3rd March 2000 (“the last date for proving”). It is the Trustee’s intention to issue the Final Dividend within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Any Creditor who has not submitted their written statement of claim by the last date for proving, will not be entitled to disturb the distributions of the Dividend, subject to the Trustee’s discretion to admit a late claim. In the case of the issuing of a Final Dividend, any Creditor who has not submitted their written statement of claim will be disqualified from Dividend, due to non-submission of the claim. E. T.
