Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 20th March 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30th March 2000, Wendy Boyle as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JAMES CHRISTOPHER SAMUEL BOYLE, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Sequeira and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Boyle.
