Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd November 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22nd May 2000, Terence Divers and Wendy Divers as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of STEWART JAMES SPIESSENS-DIVERS, a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen, abandoned the surname of Divers and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Stewart James Spiessens-Divers.
