Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th July 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st August 2000, ZOE CLEO HALL, of The Old Rectory, Headley, Epsom, Surrey KT18 6LU, single and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the second forename of Josephine and surname of Slack and assumed in lieu thereof the second forename of Cleo and surname of Hall, and, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of EVA WILLOW HALL, a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Slack and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Hall.
