DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE, PARISH OF CHARLEY, COUNTY OF LEICESTERSHIRE
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Charnwood Lodge National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000 made on the first day of September 2000 the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 80.49 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parish of Charley in the County of Leicestershire and shown shaded on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being held by the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust, a body approved by the Council, and managed as a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the Charnwood Lodge National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Leicestershire County Council, North West Leicestershire District Council and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England at Northminster House, Peterborough, and at The Maltings, Wharf Road, Grantham.
