Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual General and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG Corporate Recovery, PO Box 730, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, on Friday, 22nd December 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s reports showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
