Notice under the Trustee Act 1925

INFOTEC FINAL SALARY PENSION PLAN

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Infotec Final Salary Pension Plan (the “Plan”) is being wound up. The Trustee of the Plan is most anxious to trace all former employees of the Infotec Limited and their beneficiaries who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Plan. Any person who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan is required to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to the Administrators, Infotec Final Salary Pension Plan, Pension Administration Services, Bacon & Woodrow, Horizon House, 28 Upper High Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4RS, to arrive no later than 31st March 2001. After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan having regards only to claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to them in writing before 31st March 2001.
