Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11th August 2000 and enrolled in
the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14th March 2001, Adele Charlotte Elliott, as a
person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JORDON LEE ELLIOTT, a child, single
and a British citizen, pursuant to section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981,
abandoned the surname of Engerer and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Elliott.
