Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd February 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17th May 2001, IBRAHIM HASSAN LAZARUS, of Flat A, 8 Grange Terrace, Leeds, divorced and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Ian Howard Lazarus and assumed the surname of Ibrahim Hassan Lazarus.
