Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5 March 1987 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 13 July 2001, SONYA JOY THOMPSON, of 50 Broadleigh Way, Wistaston, Crewe, Cheshire SW2 6TT, married and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Zona Joy Thompson and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Sonya Joy Thompson.
