Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 June 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 26 June 2001, I, ABDUL SHAFFAQ MUGHAL, of 37 Walton Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 4XE, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 3 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Abdul Shaffaq Mohamed Din and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Abdul Shaffaq Mughal.
