Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 June 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 June 2001, LUCY HOWELL VIRTUE, of 17 Cupar Road, London SW11 4JW, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 3 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Howell and assumed the surname of Virtue.
