NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A LOCAL PLAN

EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK DRAFT DEPOSIT LOCAL PLAN

Exmoor National Park Authority has prepared proposals for the alteration of the above plan. If, and when, these proposals are adopted they will form the development plan for the area of Exmoor National Park Authority. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the plan, response forms and statement of pre-deposit consultation and publicity are available for public inspection at the National Park Authority Offices in Exmoor House, Dulverton, Somerset, between 5 October 2001 and 16 November 2001, during office hours. Objections to, and representations in respect of, the plan should be sent in writing to arrive between 5 October 2001 and 16 November 2001, to: Policy and Community Team, Exmoor National Park Authority, Exmoor House, Dulverton, Somerset TA22 9HL. Only those objectors whose objections are received within the 6 week period (and which meet the requirements specified above) will have a right to have their objections considered at the Local Plan Inquiry. If no objections are received the Plan will be adopted after the objection period has expired. Objectors may ask to be notified of the final decision on the Plan.
