Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 August 2001, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 30 October 2001, Charlotte Mary Inman Walker of Flat E02, Due Cane Court, Balham High Road, London SW17 7JJ, a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the name of Charlotte Mary Walker and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the name of CHARLOTTE MARY INMAN WALKER instead of the name of Charlotte Mary Walker so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Charlotte Mary Inman Walker exclusively.
