Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 31 January 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 March 2002, Philip Royston Greaves, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of NATTASHA ADANNA ESINAM CHANNELLE AKINTUNDE, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Nattasha Chanel Greaves and assumed in lieu thereof the forname and surname of Nattasha Adanna Esinam Channelle Akintunde.
