Monday1July2002Notices under the Trustee Act 1925CAPITAL BUSINESS MACHINES LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (“The Scheme”)NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any interest in the above-named Occupational Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to A Watts, Pitmans Trustees Limited, 47 Castle Street, Reading RG1 7SR, on behalf of the Trustee of the Scheme by 1 October 2003, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims and interests of which they had notice and will not, as respect to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
