Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 16 May 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme
Court of Judicature on 11 July 2002, Tracey Anne Dove and Richard Whiffen as the parents
having parental responsiblity, on behalf of NATASHA DOVE, a child, single and a British
citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname
of Whiffen and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Dove.
