Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 15 July 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 July 2002, Reverend JANE MARIE DONOHUE-BROMLEY and Mr LESLIE DONOHUE-BROMLEY as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of ELEANOR JANE DONOHUE-BROMLEY, ALICE EMILY ANNE DONOHUE-BROMLEY and KATIE ROSE DONOHUE-BROMLEY, their children and themselves who are British citizens, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Bromley and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Donohue-Bromley.
