Notice is hereby given that by three Deed Polls each dated 21 May 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 August 2002, Susan Elizabeth Kelly as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of CHARLOTTE ANNE KELLY, RACHEL ELIZABETH KELLY and SARAH LOUISE KELLY, all children and British citizens abandoned the surname of Ketchell in each case and assumed in lieu thereof in each case the surname of Kelly.
