Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having or believing themselves to have a claim against or an interest in the King & Fowler Limited 1993 Pension Plan (the Scheme) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of the claim or interest to Alan Bold, King & Fowler Limited, Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool L3 4BG, on or before 13 September 2002.
