Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 12 August 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 October 2002, Mrs Joanne Pike, having parental responsibility on behalf of CARLTON DECLAN PETER PIKE and CAMERON KRISHAN PIKE, children, single and British citizens under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Ford and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Pike.
