Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 October 2002, Edward Coy, of Kingsmead House, Homerton Road, Hackney, London E9 5QH, as a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JOHN MATHEW DAVID LEWIS COY and JOSHUA WILLIAM EDWARD LEWIS COY, children, single and British citizens abandoned the surname of Lewis and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Lewis Coy. 30 September 2002.
