Notice is hereby given pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton at 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA on Friday 21 March 2003, at 10.00 am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Final General Meeting of Members will be held at 10.15 am for the purposes of showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
