NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
TCW LONDON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED PENSION AND DEATH BENEFITS PLAN

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, the Trustees of the TCW London International Limited Pension and Death Benefits Plan (which is governed by a definitive Trust Deed dated 4 August 1993) (“the Plan”) give notice that the Plan is to be wound up. Creditors, Members and other beneficiaries should send to the Trustees of the Plan at the address given below on or before 25 June 2003, written particulars of the claim, after which date the assets of the Plan will be distributed in meeting valid claims and securing benefits for persons known to the Trustees to have entitlements under the Plan. The Trustees will not be liable to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from their records. Members of the Plan and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the Plan’s administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
