NOTICE OF PROPOSED HIGHWAY ORDER UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTIONS 247 AND 252
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW STOPPING-UP OF A HIGHWAY (FELTHAM TOWN CENTRE) ORDER 2003

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Hounslow intend to make the above Order. The effect of the Order will be to stop up highways within an area of Feltham Town Centre bounded by the railway line, Bedfont Lane, High Street and Highfield Road/Homecourt as shown edged and hatched black and coloured solid black on the Order map. A copy of the proposed Order and the Order map may be inspected at Feltham Library, 210 The Centre, High Street, Feltham TW13 4BX, from 22 May 2003, to 19 June 2003 inclusive, at the following times: Monday 9.30 am to 8.00 pm. Tuesday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Wednesday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Thursday 9.30 am to 8.00 pm. Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Saturday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. A copy of the proposed Order and the Order map may also be inspected at, and copies purchased from, the Borough Solicitor’s Office at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 4DN (Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm)., Objections to the making of the proposed Order may be made in writing to The Borough Solicitor, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 4DN, no later than 19 June 2003 (Ref AD/00163). Please state the grounds on which the objection is made. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Hounslow may make the Order. If objections are received and not withdrawn the Mayor of London will be notified of the objections and he may decide to hold a local inquiry to consider whether or not the Order should be made.
