Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 May 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 June 2003, Rachael Marie Gregory as parent on behalf of Taylor Jay Gregory, (a minor) a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Cleverly and assumed in lieu thereof the name of TAYLOR JAY GREGORY.
