Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 June 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 July 2003, I, Vivien Moore, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JOSEPH MOORE, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Hannan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Moore.
