Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13 August 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 26 September 2003, I, Agnes Anne Gault, the person having parental responsibility for REBECCA AGNES CARTER GAULT and KERRY ANNE INNES GAULT, of Larkswood, 32 Swindon Road, Wroughton, Swindon SN4 9AF, on behalf of my daughters, both single, minors and British citizens, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Bate and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Gault. 26 September 2003.
