Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14 August 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 October 2003, Deborah Ruth Smith, as a person having parental responsiblity, on behalf of SHANNA LOUISE SMITH, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Coggin and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Smith.
