Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 September 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 17 October 2003, Devon County Council, of County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter in the county of Devon, a Local Authority who have parental rights vested in them, pursuant to section 31 of the Children Act 1989, in respect of COLIN HENRY BRYANT (formerly Colin Henry Felix), of Rowan Cottage, Peppercombe Lane, Horns Cross, near Bideford in the county of Devon, a minor and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, abandoned, on behalf of Colin Henry Bryant, the surname of Felix and assumed in lieu the surname of Bryant.
