Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Creditors of the above Companies will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3BP, on 15 December 2003, at 10.30 am, 11.30 am, 12.30 pm, 2.30 pm and 3.30 pm respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the winding-ups have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given to the Liquidator and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
