Notice is hereby given that I, ROMANA ABDUL ARAGE, of Flat 45, Windmill Court, Mapesbury Road, Cricklewood, London NW2 4JH, formerly called and known by the name of Ethiopia Abdul Arage, a citizen of the United Kingdom by naturalisation, give public notice that, on 3 October 2003, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my first name of Ethiopia only and assumed and adopted in place thereof the first name of Romana and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 3 October 2003 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 October 2003.
