Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 January 2004, Sharon Donnelly, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said SAMANTHA LOUISE DONNELLY and JAMES ANDREW DONNELLY, who are each a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Samantha Louise Ferguson and James Andrew Ferguson and have assumed the names of Samantha Louise Donnelly and James Andrew Donnelly.
