Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 October 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 October 2004, Lorraine Horsman, the person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said LIAM DAVID HORSMAN, both of 5 Gibbs Close, off Ash Close, Hythe, Southampton, Hampshire SO45 3RR, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Liam Donald Landles and assumed the name of Liam David Horsman. 21 October 2004.
